Directory Toolkit product terms
Version 2026-10-16-bundle-v1. The Directory Toolkit costs USD $25 once, plus any applicable tax shown by Dodo Payments at checkout. It includes the downloaded release and toolkit releases published within 12 months of purchase confirmation. You can continue using releases you downloaded after that update period ends.
The toolkit runs with your own compatible AI assistant and browser. AI assistant subscriptions, directory charges, paid placements, and other third-party services are separate. You choose destinations and approve spending and submissions. Directory acceptance, backlinks, search rankings and domain-authority improvements are not guaranteed.
Directory rules and submission flows can change. Follow each site's rules and complete login, verification, payment and other required manual steps. Keep private product information, credentials and session data on your own device unless you deliberately choose to share them with a service.
Optional submission-progress sync is included with the toolkit. When you create a project and connect your local skill, we store its public name and homepage plus the directory names, public directory/listing URLs, statuses and observation times you choose to send, linked to your account. We do not upload your project files, logos, contacts, private receipts, cookies or browser history. Credentials are scoped to one project, expire after one year and can be replaced or revoked in your dashboard. Your offline workflows do not require connection. Up to 20 projects per account, 200 directories and 10,000 progress events per project, with 30 new events per minute. These records are reported by you or your assistant, not independently verified or monitored by AI Collection. You can view, export or permanently delete a project and its records in the dashboard, including after a refund. Records are retained until you delete the project or request account-data deletion through support. A reversed purchase disables new connections and uploads. Toolkit v1.0.0 remains offline; v1.1.0 introduces this optional feature without changing the original purchase price, update period or recurring billing.
New customers may instead choose the toolkit and monitoring bundle: USD $20 once for the toolkit plus USD $9.99/month for monitoring, with USD $29.99 due at the initial checkout before applicable tax. Only the USD $9.99 monitoring charge recurs. Existing toolkit owners add monitoring for USD $9.99/month without buying the toolkit again. The bundle discount applies only to the initial combined purchase. Existing purchases retain their original terms and update period.
Directory opportunity updates are included for 12 months from the original toolkit purchase confirmation, using the same update period as toolkit releases. We research and publish new opportunities; availability and frequency vary. Optional emails group new opportunities into at most one email per week, and are sent only when there are new additions. Opt in or out in your toolkit account, or use the unsubscribe link in any opportunity email. Opting in again does not restart the update period. These preferences are separate from monitoring issue alerts. Opportunity publication does not guarantee directory acceptance, free submission or a backlink.
Optional listing monitoring is a USD $9.99 monthly subscription. Buying the toolkit does not enroll you in monitoring or start recurring billing. Monitoring covers one selected product and up to 50 supported public listing URLs, checked weekly with an initial check after payment confirmation and completion of setup. Bundle billing starts at checkout; approve your product profile and select URLs promptly to start checks. Source coverage is displayed before purchase; unsupported sites are excluded. AI Collection compares structured names and descriptions as review suggestions. GitHub directory README, Hacker News and DEV Community adapters check supported public product links. Pricing, logo analysis, competitor opportunities and copycat detection are not included. Access challenges and parser failures are uncertain, not proof of removal. Link issues require two observations at least 24 hours apart. No external listing edits are performed.
Monitoring renews monthly until cancelled. Request cancellation in your monitoring dashboard to stop renewal and retain service through confirmed paid time. Failed renewal does not extend access. An immediate provider cancellation or full monitoring refund stops monitoring service. A full initial bundle payment refund reverses both its toolkit and monitoring; refunding a later monitoring-only renewal leaves the toolkit purchase intact. Partial refunds require review. A reversed toolkit purchase or deleted monitored project stops monitoring and queues cancellation of its subscription. Contact support about any prepaid balance. Toolkit access is separate from monitoring cancellation. You retain read/export access to saved monitoring records after expiry. Detailed observations are kept for up to 12 months; latest observations and findings remain until project deletion. Deleting a project removes its monitoring facts, observations, findings and pending service emails. Billing audit records are retained separately for payment support and accounting. Service emails go to your verified primary account email and can be disabled independently of the dashboard. Unchanged findings generate no routine emails. You can change the selected product once per paid period.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. For a failed download, mistaken purchase or refund request, contact kerbelp@gmail.com with your receipt. A refunded toolkit purchase loses access to further downloads. These product terms do not limit rights that apply by law.
