Can I use Storyteller for commercial purposes?

• NOT YET! While Storyteller is designed for both personal and commercial use, at launch it is still a research and personal use product. So today, it’s great for family and fun videos - but later in 2024 we aim to make it a great experience for professional use as well.

Do purchased credits for Storyteller have an expiration date?

• No, the credits you purchase for Storyteller do not have an expiration date. They remain in your account until you use them.

What do I do if I just made the coolest Augie Storyteller ever?!

• Send it to us! We love to see our users’ unique Augie storyteller’s they create → email gabi@augxlabs.com. Who knows, your creation might get featured!

What’s the maximum length of an Augie Storyteller I can create?

• Currently, you can create an Augie up to 1 minute in length, ensuring you have ample space to tell your story without compromising on quality.

Can I edit/modify my Augie Story once generated?

• Yes, you can! After your Augie story is generated, you can make edits and modifications to perfect your video. This includes changing text, media, and even the storyline.

Is the Storyteller feature available in all subscription plans?

• The Storyteller feature is available with the purchase of credits within the Augie platform.

Does the Storyteller feature support multiple languages?

• Currently, Storyteller supports English only. We are constantly working on adding more languages to cater to a more global audience throughout the entire platform sooner than later.

Can I share my Augie Story on social media platforms?

• Yes, once you’ve created your Augie, you can easily share it on various social media platforms by downloading your Story from our interface and uploading .

How does Storyteller ensure the created content is accessible (e.g., subtitles, closed captions)?

• Storyteller provides options for subtitles and closed captions, making your content accessible to a wider audience, including those with hearing impairments.

Explicit filtering and content information:

• We have safety precautions in place to ensure that no explicit content is created. Explicit content includes, but is not limited to: racism, xenophobia, homophobia, sexism, transphobia, hate speech, explicit or graphic violence, sexual content, harassment, bullying, terrorism, self-harm, misinformation, disinformation, and offensive imagery.
  • When explicit content has been attempted to be created, it is flagged by our auto-moderation system and you may lose access to your video with no refund.
• That being said, sometimes our auto-moderation makes mistakes. The flagged videos are reviewed daily, so if your content does not have explicit content, you will gain access to it within 24-48 hours. If you think your video has been mistakenly disabled after that time, please reach out to feedback@augxlabs.com
• As we continue to build the process of creating amazing videos, do not hesitate to let us know if you get any odd visuals, as it will help us make sure it does not happen again!
