Can I customize the chatbot?

Yes, you can personalize the chatbot by changing its color, icon, name, welcome message, suggestions, creativity, and even its tone. Amazing, right!

How do I add the chatbot to my website?

Each chatbot has its own unique URL, and you can embed it on your site using the embed code (i.e., script link) provided on the dashboard.

What counts as one chatbot?

One chatbot is defined as a chatbot trained on a specific website or domain, capable of answering questions based on that data.

What counts as one message?

For example, when a user sends a message to the bot and the bot replies, this counts as one message. Note: One message on GPT-4 costs 20 message credits.

When are the message credits renewed?

Your message credits are renewed at the start of every calendar month, regardless of your subscription date. For instance, if you subscribe on June 20th, your credits will be renewed on July 1st.

When will my OpenAI key be used?

If you exhaust your monthly message credits (e.g., 10K on the Professional plan), we will use your OpenAI key, provided you have supplied one.

What type of content will my chatbot be trained on?

Your chatbot will be trained on all publicly available links on your website. Additionally, you can add PDFs and raw text content to fine-tune your bot. The more content you provide, the better the chatbot will be able to answer questions.

Can I train the bot on additional text content?

Yes, you can add text content to your bot to fine-tune its responses.

What do I need to train the chatbot?

All you need is your website link and a logo. That's it.

Does it work on websites in languages other than English?

Yes, your website can be in any language. The chatbot can answer questions in 95 different languages and also understand questions asked in those languages.
