Is there a free trial?

Soga is available for everyone to use for free, allowing you to test its features before deciding to purchase an additional subscription. The free plan includes basic features. If you try to use advanced features, a notification will appear indicating that you need to subscribe to the add-on to continue using them.

Can I cancel anytime?

All our plans are risk-free. You’ll get a full refund if you decide to cancel anytime within the first 30 days of an annual subscription, or within the first five days of a monthly subscription. If you no longer need the added benefits of your current plan, you can downgrade to another plan.

How do I cancel my paid plan?

Your Soga subscription, annual or monthly, will automatically renew until you cancel it. You can cancel your subscription by going to "Account", then selecting "Subscription," then "Cancel subscription." After you cancel, you’ll still have access to all the paid features until the end of your billing cycle.

Can I change my payment method?

You can change your payment method at any time in your billing settings.
