Is canceling my membership a straightforward process?

Absolutely. You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time. Our billing partner, Stripe, provides a secure self-service customer portal accessible via the navigation menu for your convenience.

Can I switch between different membership tiers?

Certainly, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership plans whenever you like. When upgrading, the new plan will be prorated for the current month.

Could you explain what an active session is?

An active session refers to a single Mage browser tab or window that is actively engaged in generating an image. Premium members have the privilege of having multiple active sessions simultaneously.

Why are GIF active sessions treated differently?

Generating GIFs is resource-intensive and demands more hardware and time. Consequently, GIF active sessions are counted separately from regular image generation sessions.

Do you provide refunds?

Given the unlimited nature of our plans, refunds are typically not offered. However, if you encounter extraordinary circumstances, please don''t hesitate to contact us at mage@mage.space.

Is there an API available?

Yes, we offer a premium API that is currently in a limited beta phase. While we are currently at capacity, if you are interested, please get in touch with us at mage@mage.space.

Am I allowed to use the generated images for commercial purposes?

Certainly! We encourage the use of our images for commercial purposes. While attributing to Mage is appreciated, it is not mandatory.
