Will my subscription renew automatically?

No, currently, you must manually reactivate your subscription each month.

How do I cancel my subscription?

As we don''t offer automatic plan renewal, your plan will naturally expire at the end of its duration. Consequently, we haven''t implemented a subscription cancelation feature on our platform.

Do you calculate text characters based on Converts or Downloads?

We base our text character count on Converts, not downloads. Every time you click "Convert to Speech," the text characters you''ve entered in the box are counted. Any Chinese, Japanese, or Korean characters are billed as two characters for all entered characters.

With 500,000 text characters, how much TTS voiceover can I create?

500,000 text characters equate to approximately 12 to 13 hours of text-to-speech voice-over audio generation.

Can I upgrade my plan from Basic to Premium or Business?

If your usage remains under 10,000 text characters and you switch to a Premium or Business plan within 48 hours, we''ll automatically compute and deduct the cost of your previous Basic plan, applying the discount to your new plan.

Do you truly offer unlimited text-to-speech conversions?

No, providing truly unlimited conversions is unfeasible from a technological standpoint. Generating natural-sounding human speech from text necessitates substantial CPU and GPU power to run AI models and produce voice output. Hence, we have monthly text character limits in place. Customized plans are available for businesses and prominent content creators.

What should I do if my subscription has lapsed?

To renew your subscription, visit the "Subscription" page in your profile menu. Here, you''ll need to purchase a new plan, following a process similar to the initial subscription.

Is a refund possible?

If you find our platform unsatisfactory, you can request a refund within 5 days of your initial payment and before using more than 10,000 text characters. We''ll process your refund within one business day, no questions asked.

Who holds the copyright for text-to-speech audio?

Subscribing to our Paid Plans grants you full ownership of the copyright for any voice speech generated using Voicemaker, permanently.

Can I utilize Voicemaker''s text-to-speech AI voices for my YouTube videos?

Absolutely! You can incorporate Voicemaker''s AI voice audios into your YouTube videos.
