Is my data used to train ChatGPT?

According to OpenAI's terms of use, your data is not used to train ChatGPT: OpenAI Terms of Use. Specifically, section 3.c states, "We do not use Content that you provide to or receive from our API ('API Content') to develop and improve our Services."

What is a data source?

Data sources allow you to connect your bot to various types of data. Currently, we support importing data from Notion, web pages, a selection of text file formats, and YouTube videos, with plans to add more options soon.

What is a storage token?

Storage tokens are used to synchronize your data from a data source like Notion with your bot. Approximately 1000 storage tokens equate to about 750 words. Each synchronization with a data source will consume more storage tokens.

How does Chat Thing use Google user data?

Chat Thing can access files stored in your Google Drive. You have full control over which files or folders you grant access to, and any information accessed will only be used to train your bots. All use of information from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

I need more storage/message tokens than your plans allow. What should I do?

Can I see the questions people are asking my bots?

Yes, you can view the questions in the conversations view after logging into your account.

What is a message token?

Message tokens are consumed each time you send a message to a bot and receive a response. Depending on the complexity of the question and response, each message uses between 1000-4000 message tokens. Therefore, 200,000 message tokens are roughly equivalent to 100 messages.

What version of ChatGPT are you using?

By default, all bots use GPT-3.5 turbo. However, Standard, Pro, and Enterprise tier subscribers can use GPT-4 or GPT-3.5 turbo 16k, which offers an increased context window.
