Absolutely. You retain full ownership and are granted a commercial license for the processed photos. We respect your privacy and use the photos solely for generating your requested output.

What is the ideal type of photo for uploading?

A clear, close-up selfie works best for our process. However, you''re welcome to upload photos of friends or celebrities, as long as you have the right to use them.

Where are my photos and data stored?

Your data is securely stored on our private servers, which are equipped with advanced security measures to protect your information.

Can I permanently delete my data?

Yes, you have the autonomy to delete your data at any time. Upon request, we will remove all associated data from our servers.

What file formats do you accept to upload my selfie?

Currently, we support only JPG, PNG, WebP, and AVIF file formats. HEIC files are not compatible at the moment, so they need to be converted to JPG before uploading.

Can I get a refund?

Regrettably, we are unable to process refunds due to the significant expenses involved in producing AI photos. Our upstream providers do not permit us to request refunds for the GPU processing time utilized in the creation of your photos. Consequently, this would result in a financial loss for our company

What is the turnaround time for photo processing?

Typically, processing takes less than a minute. In rare cases, it might take up to 5 minutes.
