Is Afforai free?

Yes, Afforai offers free access to all new users. When you sign up, you receive an initial allocation of 50 permanent credits.

What distinguishes subscription credits from permanent credits?

Subscription credits are acquired through monthly payments, while permanent credits are obtained via top-ups. Subscription credits are utilized before permanent credits and have a monthly expiration, whereas permanent credits remain available.

Does Afforai provide support for cloud-based document storage, such as Google Drive, One Drive, or Dropbox?

At present, Afforai exclusively supports the uploading of local documents and websites. However, we have plans to integrate with these cloud solutions in the near future. We encourage you to sign up with us to stay updated on these developments.

Can I upload images and videos to Afforai?

Currently, Afforai supports OCR for scanned PDF documents but does not accept direct image file uploads. We are actively working on expanding our capabilities to handle video and audio transcripts.

Does Afforai facilitate collaboration between user accounts?

Afforai is in the process of developing a solution that will enable users to share chatbots and files with one another. To receive updates on when this feature becomes available, we recommend signing up with us.

Is my data safe with Afforai?

Afforai takes data security seriously. We do not store your conversations with the AI, and the files you upload to the system are securely stored on the cloud using Microsoft Azure and MongoDB, with their standard security protocols in place. LLM (Language Model) calls are conducted using OpenAI Azure, which also adheres to robust security measures.
